7 Days Replacement Guarantee

All products, sold by Kundan can be returned within 7 days from receipt of the item(s). Let us know of any damages or defects within 7 days of the delivery and we will send you a replacement at no extra cost.

• We have shipped a wrong product.
• There is a manufacturing defect.
• Goods are damaged in transit.

All you need to do is to inform us within 7days of receiving the parcel by writing in to us at e-commerce@kundanrefinery.com and sending us the image of the concerned product. You will get instructions from us for the return of the product.

Conditions for return:

• All items must have the original security tag and label and must be returned in the same condition as delivered by the Company.
• Any item returned showing signs of wear or tear, altered, resized (by anyone / entity other than the Company) or damaged in any other manner shall not be accepted for return.

All requests for return of product have to be placed within 7 days from the date of delivery. No return requests will be processed after 7 days from receipt of item(s).
